Achieve<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"deb-block deb-block-3ac2d83\">At its core, the proposal aims to fund the infrastructure that Cardano <em>must<\/em> have to compete in modern Web3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote deb-block deb-block-bd0c8f2\">\n<p class=\"deb-block deb-block-27d2519\"><strong>It withdraws 70 million ADA to secure the integrations needed for stablecoins, institutional liquidity, and cross-chain connectivity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"deb-block deb-block-2db5e41\">This includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list list-col-1 inline-img-left deb-block deb-block-282d8cc\">\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Tier-one stablecoin support (USDC\/USDT class)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li deploy without trusted oracles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Institutions require custodians and compliance infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Cross-chain liquidity cannot enter
