Tweag operates as specialist engineering within the IO-led core-protocol development consortium, alongside TxPipe (infrastructure and tooling) and Intersect (coordination and governance).<\/p>\n Funds are released progressively by milestone, not paid upfront. Intersect serves as contract and audit administrator under a legal contract with Cardano Development Holdings, a third-party Assurer signs off each milestone, and on-chain funds are managed through an audited SundaeLabs treasury smart contract.
