Ledger Technologies SASの提案は、Ledger WalletからCardano DeFi dAppsへ安全に接続できるよう、主要6 dApps（Minswap、WingRiders、SundaeSwap V3、CSWAP、Liqwid Finance、Strike Finance）に対するClear SigningをLedger Cardano device appへ実装するものです。Ledger device screen上でprotocol nameとaction labelを人間が読める形で表示し、blind signing、悪意あるfrontend、drainer型攻撃への耐性を高めることを目指します。SIPOとしては、cold storageからDeFi参加への心理的障壁を下げ、ユーザー安全性とTVL拡大に寄与し得る点を評価します。一方で、CardanoはUTxOモデルでありEthereumのapprove/allowance型リスクとは異なるため、Cardano固有のthreat model、6 dAppsの正式合意、in-scope operations、Transaction Checkが含まれるか、external auditの資金と公開範囲、Ledger商用製品へのTreasury支出としてのpublic-good範囲、Treasury repayment Noの場合の未使用資金・scope reduction・ADA価格上昇時の保護を確認する必要があります。

This proposal aims to bridge the gap between secure cold storage and the Cardano DeFi ecosystem. Currently, ADA is a top-6 asset secured on Ledger, yet activity is largely limited to native staking. We propose a full integration that allows retail ADA holders to connect to Cardano dApps directly through Ledger Wallet. This integration is centered on two industry-leading security pillars: **Clear Signing** and **Transaction Check**, ensuring that as liquidity flows into Cardano DeFi, user security remains uncompromised.
