The Product Committee operates a clear pipeline: Vision & Strategy → Product Research → Market Pilots. This proposal operationalises the community-defined 2030 strategy by translating it into actionable yearly goals, validating assumptions through direct engagement with businesses, and supporting high-potential pilots to drive real adoption.
