Epoch 653 でしか発効できません ― 台帳の制約

How SIPO Voted on “Update Constitutional Committee 2026” — A DRep Perspective —
Overview — Putting an Election Result on Chain
This action renews the four Constitutional Committee seats whose terms expire at the end of Epoch 653, seating the four candidates elected in the 2026 Constitutional Committee election, and formally removes the seat of a member who had already retired. Intersect facilitated the election under Article III, Section 3(2) of the Constitution, with open candidate registration, a public voting period, an independent audit of the results, and publication of the audited outcome before this action was submitted. The quorum is unchanged at two-thirds, and the three members whose terms run to Epoch 726 are untouched. After enactment the committee comprises seven members — above the committeeMinSize of five.
Who Joins and Who Leaves
The elected four are Philip DiSarro (re-elected, ~1.979B ada, 24 DRep votes), Leandros BSP (new, ~1.965B, 23), Marek Mahut (new, ~1.370B, 28) and Cardano Curia (re-elected, ~1.289B, 27). Unless participation rises before the last votable epoch — Epoch 652, around 2 September 2026 — the committee will fall below its minimum size.
